- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- The product is not damaged, altered, or missing parts due to improper use by the customer.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our customer service team at service.heypouch@outlook.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, photos of the product (and packaging if damaged), and a detailed reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and process the return based on the actual situation.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will reimburse the return shipping cost up to a reasonable amount. Please provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- The specific handling of returns will be determined based on the results of email communication.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5-7 business days of delivery), we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please indicate this in your return request. We will ship the new item once we receive and confirm the condition of the returned product. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges. If the exchange is due to the buyer’s reason, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Perishable goods, personal care items, or hygiene products.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products (unless defective).
- Gift cards or digital products.
Returns from the United States to China may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
